Fens of Lincolnshire

A major part of Lincolnshire is fenland; indeed it most people think of the county only being flat. The rolling hills (the Wolds) come as a pleasant surprise to many. The fenlands have a character and beauty of their own. Places like Boston and small market towns like Burgh le Marsh have played an important parts in our history.
